BOYCOTT! The commonwealth of Pennsylvania has committed one of the most egregious violations of father's and children's rights imaginable. In an opinion dated Wednesday, the 19th of January, 2000, the court decided that the "best interest of the child" meant that he should live with his stepfather after his mother died of cancer. This, despite the fact that the court did not find that the father was neglectful, abusive, unfit, or even un-involved. Quite to the contrary; it found that he was an involved Dad. This is an outrage. I call upon all citizens of this nation to boycott, avoid, and refuse all business with firms, organizations and others in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania until such time as the Supreme Court of that state is removed by legal means and replaced with justices who uphold the fundamental liberty interest of biological parents to be with, care for, and comfort their children. This decision states quite clearly that children are the property of the state. They are not removed from parents only when they are unfit. Rather, the state claims the right to remove children from their parents whenever they feel like it, and whenever it suits their ends.
